📲 v1.0.37 on the App Store
</aside>
New
- We’ve watched and listened carefully to users since our beta went public earlier this year. Although we feel the rationale that lead to our navigation’s design continues to make sense, the reality is people timing.is just one of many apps people will interact with every day. And so we decided we needed to re-evaluate and propose a more familiar interaction. We expect (hope) you find your way around the app more clearly now!
- As part of the navigation changes, we’re introducing an early version of a new Week view. To be clear, a more conventional presentation of your week is coming too. In the meantime, we hope the current version provides a fresh perspective on how you’re spending your weeks.
Improved
- Performance across the UX should be better based on a lot of optimisation work.
- Context menus for events and tasks use the system’s.
- Notches added to the time estimate vertical slider in entry.
- Better feedback when adding any new entry, including new micro-animation when you add an unscheduled entry to indicate where in the UI the entry has been added to.
- Opening entry from day (and also week) view will consider the date you’re on and pre-fill it.
- Day layout handles conflicts much better, and its cards will make the most use of space to show as much of their entry’s titles.
- Better visual cue when you have slipped or this week tasks besides the Anytime counter, which now by default prioritises today’s (and doesn’t combine the count with this week’s).
Fixed
- Slipped tasks from yesterday should always show after a transition to a new day.
- Tasks should not be considered all day events when filtering.
- Correct text color on selected date on all date keyboard inputs.
- Window of time on Agenda should always display in the correct position between events/tasks.
