3. Pricing Model
a. Free Access: uSaid is available for free with a limit of 10 moments able to be recorded.
b. In-App Purchase: Users have the option to make a one-time in-app purchase to unlock the unlimited plan for a lifetime. This allows them to record as many moment.
4. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using uSaid, you consent to the practices outlined in the Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to uSaid at our discretion, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

a. Availability: We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to uSaid and make no warranties regarding its availability.
